Tim lives with his wife, Heather and their three boys, in north Suffolk . He was born in Felixstowe before the family moved to the village of Witnesham near Ipswich – a town he knows particularly well.

Nigel was born and educated in Mildenhall, and is married with one daughter and a granddaughter. A retired self-employed plumbing engineer, he has represented the people of Great Heath for 36 years and also serves on Mildenhall Parish Council. He has great interest and involvement in all aspects of Great Heath including youth activities, employment, infrastructure, and local safety.

County Councillor for Blackbourne Division
Over her 20 years on the County Council, Cllr Spicer has served in a variety of positions on the front bench - including most recently 4 years as Cabinet Member for Public Protection which included being Chairman of Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service. She chairs the Suffolk Domestic Violence Forum and has been a Police Authority Member for 20 years.
