Russell has been a resident in West Suffolk for over 40 years living in both Newmarket and most recently Mildenhall where he lives with his wife Lena and son Mason.
He has served on Mildenhall High Town Council since 2017 where he is currently Deputy Mayor and has chaired numerous committees including Planning, Establishment and Policy and Amenities and Operations.
Russell is a firm believer of community engagement and always tries to represent people to the best of his ability.
