Nick has a thorough understanding of how local government works at all levels as well as being an experienced businessman.
He has spent many years in public service including 22 years in the RAF, an Independent member of a Police Authority, Parish Councillor, school governor and the Leader of Cambridgeshire County Council. He has run a small charity, been the Chair of a local Federation of Small Business and been the CEO of an International IT company.
He and his wife moved to Hundon over six years ago. Nick enjoys golf, gardening and mentoring business leaders to keep him busy. Nick is passionate about supporting communities and helping those who can't always help themselves. He was recently elected Chairman of CLASP, a Clare-based charitable foundation supporting the elderly and the bereaved.
