The West Suffolk Conservative Association Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 4th June 2026 at 6.00pm in Newmarket. It will be preceded by the Annual General Meeting of the Executive Council at 5.00pm. Nominations for Officers of the Association must be returned to arrive by midnight on Wednesday 27th May 2026. The nominations form and the agenda for the meeting will be available to download on 1st May 2026.
The AGM is an opportunity for members to learn more about how the Association works and to volunteer to get more involved if they wish. It will also see the annual award of the Jill Simpson Prize for the person or persons who have done the most to support the Association as it in turn, supports our MP. This award is the gift of the Chairman of the Association alone.
