Margaret is Conservative councillor for Haverhill West, along with David Roach, being elected to West Suffolk Council on 2nd May 2019.

Moving to Haverhill 15 years ago, Margaret has always been a local campaigner and active community member. Margaret was a Town Councillor for 4 years and became a Borough Councillor in the 2015 election.  Margaret has a particular interest in matters involving health and the environment.

Deputy Chairman of West Suffolk Council

Margaret was elected as the Deputy Chairman of the new West Suffolk Council in May 2019
