Councillor Joanna Spicer MBE DL

County Councillor for Blackbourne Division

Over her 20 years on the County Council, Cllr Spicer has served in a variety of positions on the front bench - including most recently 4 years as Cabinet Member for Public Protection which included being Chairman of Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service. She chairs the Suffolk Domestic Violence Forum and has been a Police Authority Member for 20 years. She was re-elected in May 2017.
