Councillor Carol Lynch

District Councillor for Red Lodge Ward

Carol is an experienced District Councillor and has represented Newmarket on the District Council. More recently Carol has represented residents in South ward and now Red Lodge ward in Forest Heath. She has been Chairman of Forest Heath Council twice. She is a great supporter of the horse racing industry.

Nigel was born and educated in Mildenhall, and is married with one daughter and a granddaughter. A retired self-employed plumbing engineer, he has represented the people of Great Heath for 36 years and also serves on Mildenhall Parish Council. He has great interest and involvement in all aspects of Great Heath including youth activities, employment, infrastructure, and local safety.
