On Saturday 27th July 2024 the West Suffolk Conservative Association welcomed the Rt. Hon. Tom Tugendhat MP to Newmarket where he spent 2 hours 'in conversation' with our new MP, Nick Timothy CBE. 30 members from West Suffolk, South Cambs, BSECCA and East Cambs Associations gathered at the Heath Court Hotel in Newmarket to hear Tom speak and ask lots of questions. Tom demonstrated that he was well aware of members' concerns and had a few of his own with regard to the reforms we need to make as a party.
It is hoped that other candidates in the leadership contest will also find their way to West Suffolk so that we can offer this opportunity to more members next time.
