April Conservative Policy Forum - "Sustaining our Democracy"

Date
Monday, 15th April 2019
Time
7pm - 9pm

The Conservative Party is a grass-roots party and we develop policy through involving our membership. Every few months therefore Conservative Party HQ sends each constituency a discussion paper for consideration, discussion and response. A full report is then prepared and sent directly to Conservative Party HQ. So this is your chance to influence the Conservative Party's national policies directly.

Chaired by District and County Councillor Louis Busuttil, we promise a lively, informative and entertaining social evening.

Our next paper is...

"How can we best sustain our democracy?"

Join us at our office for our second CPF discussion: Venue 1 Park Farm, Park Farm Business Park, Fornham St. Genevieve, IP28 6TS

This discussion paper is looking at another of the five areas covered by the Prime Minister’s Policy Commission, Sustaining Our Democracy. Watch our brief introductory video with the Minister for the Constitution, Chloe Smith MP.

We'll be discussing how can we strengthen the Union, ensuring that the government serves people in every part of the UK. How can we encourage more people, especially young people, to participate in our democracy?
